When I took the internet connection at my home the sales person assured me that their internet connection was the fastest in town. Yes it was true but only for a couple of month after which it has become one of the slowest in town. This connection problem started when one of their underground cables was accidently damaged during some repair work. They assured us that it would be repaired in seven days after which we would receive the same high speed internet. But even after seven days the speed has not increased and it is so slow that it can even lose to a tortoise in a race. In the meantime I have found out that other internet service providers are offering high speed internet connection without any disruption. The sales person who sold me this internet package still continues to assure me that the problem will be rectified soon but he has no answer when it will be rectified. Till then I am stuck up with an internet connection which refuses to run and pick up speed.
